Mr. Siroka is admitted to practice in all California courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Siroka accepts appointments from the First District Court of Appeals to represent indigent clients and is regularly associate counsel representing indigent clients pursuant to the federal Criminal Justice Act.
